Of course he heads back often enough, but being in that room s pretty frickin hard for him without a break. And so.
If Black*Star needs a momentary break, then he will get a momentary break, regardless of whether or not he'd headed out to help Soul in the first place.
He doesn't even bother to say anything verbally. he just takes ahold of Black*Star's hand and holds it tight as he pulls him to the best, nearest, quietest corner nearby. It's there Soul takes a breath for himself before hugging his boyfriend tight.
Maybe it's just a momentary break for both of them.
